Soccer Recap: Del Valle Comes Up Short

After soaring to five goals the game before, Del Valle was a bit more limited in their contest on Saturday. They fell just short of the Americas Trail Blazers by a score of 2-1.

Del Valle's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Americas, their win bumped their record up to 4-2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Del Valle will venture away from home to square off against Bel Air at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Americas, they will square off against El Dorado at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Americas' last five matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
