Hutchinson won the last time they faced Valley Center and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Hutchinson Salthawks came out on top against the Valley Center Hornets by a score of 60-47. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Salthawks.

Valley Center's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Austin Saner, who went 5-for-10 on his way to 11 points. Another player making a difference was Nash Jamolod, who posted ten points.

Hutchinson's victory bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Valley Center, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-7 record this season.

Hutchinson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 67-63 win against Derby on the 14th. As for Valley Center, they have also already played their next game, an 86-64 defeat against Maize on the 14th.
