Chardon wins going away against Ursuline

Recap: Chardon Hilltoppers vs. Ursuline Fighting Irish
The Chardon Hilltoppers had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They took down Ursuline 31-14 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but Chardon sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.
Chardon's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-3. It's not like the team was facing easy opposition over that stretch either, as it included 11-2 Aurora and 10-2 Geneva (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 62.2% over those games). As for Ursuline, their defeat ended a 11-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-1.
Chardon will head out on the road to face off against Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Central Catholic is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling. Ursuline does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
