            The McLane Highlanders will head out to  challenge the Justin Garza Guardians  at 6:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication,  both  will really light up the scoreboard.
Justin Garza will be up against a hot McLane  squad: the  team just extended their winning streak to four. McLane simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Madera South 72-45. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  victory the Highlanders have posted  since December 30, 2024.

He has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more  steals the last 15 times he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Keyvon Burcher, who  went 6 for 9  en route to 14 points and five  boards.
 Meanwhile, Justin Garza got the win against Torres  on Friday by a conclusive  69-49. The Guardians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight  matches by 20  points or more this season.
 McLane has also been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won seven of their last eight games,  which provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record  this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 58.6 points per game. As for Justin Garza, their win bumped their record up to 17-7.
 McLane strolled past Justin Garza in their previous matchup  back in January by a score of  67-51. The rematch might be a little tougher for McLane since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
