Basketball Recap: Manawa Takes a Loss

On Friday, the Manawa Wolves came up short against the Oneida Nation Thunderhawks and fell 49-38. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Manawa's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Oneida Nation, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Manawa will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Almond-Bancroft at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. As for Oneida Nation, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 48-37 victory against Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah on the 28th.
