Walled Lake Northern waltzed into their matchup on Sunday with 15 straight wins... but they left with 16. They put the hurt on the Bloomfield Hills Black Hawks with a sharp 12-4 win. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won 16 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Walled Lake Northern's victory was their 11th straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 22-4. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.5 runs over those games. As for Bloomfield Hills, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-10-1 record this season.

Walled Lake Northern will head out on the road to face off against Northville at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bloomfield Hills, they will play host again on Sunday to welcome Dow, where first pitch is scheduled at 11:30 a.m. The Chargers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Black Hawks surely won't give up without a fight.
