Parkland is a perfect 10-0 against Allentown Central Catholic since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Trojans will host the Vikings at 4:00 p.m. Parkland is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.3 runs per game this season.

On Tuesday, Parkland came up short against Northampton and fell 8-5.

Anna Belletieri was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Ami Patel was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

Meanwhile, Allentown Central Catholic lost 18-5 to Freedom on Tuesday. The Vikings have struggled against the Patriots recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Gianna Menecola made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. That home run marked the first that she launched this season.

Parkland has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season. As for Allentown Central Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.

Thursday's match will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Parkland hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .383. However, it's not like Allentown Central Catholic struggles in that department as they've averaged .338. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
