Football Recap: Daniel Boone Comes Up Short

Daniel Boone was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Muhlenberg Muhls, falling 51-0. The Blazers lost against the Muhls in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 40-29 score last time.

Daniel Boone's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Muhlenberg, the win was the fourth in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Daniel Boone and Muhlenberg will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Blazers are set to square off against their familiar foe Octorara Area at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Muhlenberg will face off against rival Lebanon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
