Volleyball Recap: Andes Central/Dakota Christian Takes a Loss

Andes Central/Dakota Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Boyd County Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Boyd County this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-16.

Andes Central/Dakota Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Boyd County, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-13 record this season.

Andes Central/Dakota Christian will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Menno at 7:30 p.m. As for Boyd County, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Bridgewater/Emery on the 18th.
