Baseball Recap: Northeastern Clinton Falls to Beekmantown in First Game of Season

Northeastern Clinton unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 10-1 to the Beekmantown Eagles on Saturday. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Northeastern Clinton is set to challenge their familiar foe Ticonderoga at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Beekmantown will take on rival AuSable Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
