Panhandle Christian Home Educators waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Town East Christian Eagles a 20-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won ten matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Austin Aliff made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, getting on base in two of his three plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March.

In other batting news, Garrison Rosas was a standout: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one double, and one RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Ozzy Madrid, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

Panhandle Christian Home Educators was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .435. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their batting average total in three consecutive games.

Panhandle Christian Home Educators' win bumped their record up to 15-4-1. As for Town East Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.
