Soccer Recap: Christian Brothers Academy Comes Up Short

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Christian Brothers Academy and Albany, and Albany kept the tradition alive. The Brothers came up short against the Falcons on Friday, falling 5-0. While losing is never fun, Christian Brothers Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 339th, while Albany are ranked 104th).

Christian Brothers Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8-3. As for Albany, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-5-3.
