Basketball Recap: Granger Takes a Loss

Granger has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They fell 58-46 to the Brazos Christian Eagles on Saturday.

Granger's loss dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Brazos Christian, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-5.

Granger and Brazos Christian should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Granger (ranked 601st) will meet Giddings (ranked 1238th) at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Brazos Christian will take on Concordia at 6:00 p.m. on Friday up 726 places (541 vs. 1267).
