Volleyball Recap: The Pinnacle Comes Up Short

After flying high against Jefferson on Saturday, The Pinnacle came back down to earth. The Timberwolves came up short against the Fort Lupton Bluedevils on Saturday, falling 3-0. The Timberwolves haven't had much luck with the Bluedevils recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Daniela Gutierrez was the offensive standout of the match as she had seven digs and four aces.

The Pinnacle's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Fort Lupton, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-7.

The Pinnacle does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fort Lupton, they will take on Bennett at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
