It was a good run, but W.S. Neal unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the T.R. Miller Tigers. The Eagles were red-hot at the plate heading into the game (they scored no less than ten runs in the four contests prior), but the Tigers' pitchers proved too tough.

W.S. Neal's loss dropped their record down to 8-2. As for T.R. Miller, they pushed their record up to 6-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, W.S. Neal will challenge Yukon at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. As for T.R. Miller, they will take on UMS-Wright Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average, (UMS-Wright Prep 4.1, T.R. Miller 3.9) so any runs scored will be well earned.
