Marion Center is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against United. Marion Center never let United get on the board and left with a 21-0 victory on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Stingers in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won seven in a row.

Meanwhile, Northern Cambria unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against West Shamokin on Tuesday, falling 12-0. The Colts haven't had much luck with the Wolves recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Marion Center took their victory against Northern Cambria in their previous matchup back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 12-2. Will Marion Center repeat their success, or does Northern Cambria have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
