Tyler Walker Delivers Best Performance of Season

On Friday, Rockingham County got the W thanks in part to Tyler Walker playing the best football he has all season. Walker picked up 65 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 43 yards and a touchdown. He didn't just play on offense: he also made eight total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defended a pass.

He is becoming a predictor of Eastern Guilford's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is 3-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't).

Eastern Guilford now has a winning record of 4-3. Creech and Eastern Guilford will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Ben L. Smith at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.
