Volleyball Recap: Butler Picks Up Sixth Consecutive Win

Butler came tearing into Tuesday's match with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Archie Whirlwinds 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bears also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

While Butler might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Archie scored at least 21 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-22, 25-22.

Tandee Hiser paced Butler's offense, picking up 15 kills. Hiser got some help from Kamden Fennewald and her 27 assists.

Butler's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Archie, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 3-2 record.

Butler didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Adrian on the 18th. As for Archie, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Drexel on the 18th.
