Softball Recap: Bob Jones Comes Up Short

Bob Jones was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They lost 12-0 to the Hatton Hornets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-3 back in February.

Bob Jones' defeat dropped their record down to 8-30. As for Hatton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-22-2.

Bob Jones wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 10-0 loss against Central on the 19th. As for Hatton, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 4-1 victory against Muscle Shoals on the 19th.
