Baseball Recap: St. Croix Central Takes a Loss

St. Croix Central lost against Altoona back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers fell just short of the Railroaders by a score of 4-3.

St. Croix Central saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cohen Wester, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

St. Croix Central's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Altoona, their victory bumped their record up to 9-6.

While St. Croix Central had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
