Basketball Game Preview: Western Christian Wolfpack vs. Lennox Orioles

The Western Christian Wolfpack will head out to take on the Lennox Orioles at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Western Christian's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven matchups.

On Saturday, Western Christian didn't have too much trouble with Tea as they won 61-43. Given the Wolfpack's advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked fifth in Iowa, while the Titans are ranked 48th in South Dakota), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Lennox entered their tilt with Groton on Saturday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They beat the Tigers by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 63-55.

Lennox pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points per game. As for Western Christian, their win bumped their record up to 8-2.

Western Christian strolled past Lennox in their previous matchup back in February of 2024 by a score of 68-49. The rematch might be a little tougher for Western Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
