Lake City came out on top against Post Falls on Tuesday thanks in part to Jack Pierce's efforts. Pierce scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-5, which was good enough to set a new career-high in stolen bases.

Pierce's strong effort led Lake City over Post Falls and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Timberwolves are 8-2 against the Trojans going back to April of 2023, a lead they'll look to extend.
