Softball Recap: De La Salle Meteors vs. Trinity Blazers

De La Salle won the last time they faced Trinity and things went their way on Saturday too. The Meteors were the clear victors by a 14-0 margin over the Blazers. The result was nothing new for the Meteors, who have now won five matches by ten runs or more so far this season.

Analise Francois made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI.

In other batting news, Kayla Kamradt and Alondra Soto did most of the damage at the plate: Kamradt went 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI, while Soto went 1-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base.
