Soccer Recap: Western Heights Takes a Loss

Western Heights was the 5-1 winner over Classen SAS when they last played one another back in April of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Jets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Comets on Thursday. Western Heights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Western Heights' loss dropped their record down to 1-7-1. As for Classen SAS, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-6.

Looking ahead, Western Heights will square off against Guthrie at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Western Heights are facing Guthrie at the right time seeing as Guthrie are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Classen SAS, they will be playing at home against Bishop McGuinness at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bishop McGuinness will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Classen SAS surely won't give up without a fight.
