Soccer Recap: Clemens Takes a Loss

After flying high against Brazoswood last Saturday, Clemens came back down to earth. The Clemens Buffaloes came up short against the Brandeis Broncos on Friday, falling 4-1. The Buffaloes were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Broncos apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Clemens' goal came courtesy of Arabella Briggs, who's now up to nine this season.

Clemens suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 3-2. As for Brandeis, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-1.

Clemens wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 5-0 defeat against Reagan on the 11th. Brandeis has also already played their next matchup, a 4-0 victory against Alexander on the 11th.
