Volleyball Recap: Hiram Comes Up Short

Hiram lost against Campbell back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hornets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spartans.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-17.

Hiram has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's still a better percentage than their 5-22 record this season. As for Campbell, their victory bumped their record up to 18-11.

Looking ahead, Hiram will be playing in front of their home fans against Paulding County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Campbell, they will head out on the road to challenge East Paulding at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Raiders will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Spartans surely won't give up without a fight.
