Softball Recap: Legacy School of Sport Sciences Comes Up Short

After soaring to 17 runs the game before, Legacy School of Sport Sciences was a bit more limited in their match on Tuesday. They lost 12-2 to the Houston Christian Mustangs. The Titans were not able to make up for their loss to the Mustangs from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Legacy School of Sport Sciences' defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Houston Christian, they pushed their record up to 6-5 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Legacy School of Sport Sciences and Houston Christian could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Legacy School of Sport Sciences will square off against Kinkaid at 4:30 p.m. on April 1st down 499 places (899 vs. 400). Meanwhile, Houston Christian (ranked 486th) will meet HCYA (ranked 130th) at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
