Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lynchburg HomeSchool). They took their matchup on Thursday with ease, bagging an 83-55 victory over the C.H. Friend Red Jackets. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 82-45 last Monday.

C.H. Friend lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Kohl Orendorf, who posted 23 points. That was a full 41.8% of C.H. Friend's points, marking the third time in a row he's had more than a third of the team's points. Gabe King was another key player, putting up 14 points.

Lynchburg HomeSchool has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-9 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.9 points over those games. As for C.H. Friend, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.

Lynchburg HomeSchool wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 61-57 win against Eastern Shore HomeSchool on the 8th. C.H. Friend does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
