Riverdale won the last time they faced Iowa-Grant and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Chieftains came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Chieftains.

Emily Goplin paced Riverdale's offense, picking up four kills. Goplin got some help from Riley Kinney and her six assists. Kinney was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Riverdale's win bumped their record up to 14-17. As for Iowa-Grant, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-23.

Riverdale wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Darlington on the 14th. As for Iowa-Grant, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Boscobel on the 14th.
