Softball Recap: Brecksville-Broadview Heights Find Success

Brecksville-Broadview Heights won the last time they faced Twinsburg and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bees walked away with a 12-7 win over the Tigers.

Rowan Weber was a standout: she fired off two home runs and three RBI while going 2-for-4. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one home run the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Caiya La, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one double.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Brecksville-Broadview Heights kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in 15 consecutive matches.

Brecksville-Broadview Heights' record now sits at 14-2. As for Twinsburg, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-9 record this season.
