Sterling Heights Stevenson took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Thursday. They blew past the Bedford Kicking Mules 41-0. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Titans' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 81st, while the Kicking Mules are ranked 207th).

Looking ahead, Sterling Heights Stevenson will face off against Utica at 7:00 p.m. on September 5. As for Bedford, they will look to defend their home field on September 5 against Pioneer at 7:00 p.m. This will be the Kicking Mules' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
