Volleyball Recap: Arbor View Gets the Win

Arbor View picked up another tournament win on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Mater Academy East Las Vegas Knights.

Arbor View can attribute much of their success to Brady Hashimoto, who had 12 assists and four digs. That's the most digs Hashimoto has posted since back in March. Kempton Moss also deserves some recognition as he served his first ace of the season.

Arbor View was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least nine aces in three consecutive matchups.

Arbor View's win bumped their record up to 9-12. As for Mater Academy East Las Vegas, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Arbor View wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Legacy on the 4th. As for Mater Academy East Las Vegas, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Tournament Opponent on the 4th.
