Basketball Recap: Sayre Redskins vs. Northwest Area Rangers
Sayre and Northwest Area squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Sayre had to settle for second. They took a 50-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northwest Area Rangers. Several Redskins players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Karter Green, who posted 11 points and six steals.
