Volleyball Recap: Peachtree Ridge Takes a Loss

Peachtree Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the North Gwinnett Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lions of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Mojo Jowosimi paced Peachtree Ridge's offense, picking up three kills. Jowosimi got some help from Kya Morris and her four assists.

Peachtree Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 11-16. As for North Gwinnett, they pushed their record up to 20-17 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Peachtree Ridge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Cherokee Bluff on the 2nd. North Gwinnett does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
