Tj Wright leads St. Joseph to victory over Norwalk

Recap: St. Joseph Cadets vs. Norwalk Bears

The St. Joseph Cadets won against the Norwalk Bears last Friday with 73 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. St. Joseph walked away with a 73-64 victory over Norwalk. The score was all tied up 33-33 at the break, but St. Joseph was the better team in the second half.

Tj Wright continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 25 points along with five assists and three steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of St. Joseph's points. Sean Christy was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with six rebounds and five blocks.

The victory makes it two in a row for St. Joseph and bumps their season record up to 6-4. As for Norwalk, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Joseph will take on Amistad at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Norwalk, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ludlowe at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Connecticut (Ludlowe is ranked 43rd, while Norwalk is ranked 44th).
