Softball Recap: Legacy Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Legacy Christian Academy was the 13-3 winner over Kings Christian when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Lions fell 9-5 to the Crusaders on Tuesday. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Legacy Christian Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Josie Johnson, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run.

Legacy Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Kings Christian, their record now sits at 7-12.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Legacy Christian Academy beat the Crusaders by a score of 9-6 later that day.
