While Harvest Temple Christian Academy didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They took down the Northwest Ohio Classical Academy Spartans 49-33 on Monday. Winning may never get old, but Harvest Temple Christian Academy sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Harvest Temple Christian Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lucas Weirich, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds. Weirich has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Sam Leonetti, who posted seven points and 17 rebounds.

Harvest Temple Christian Academy's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Harvest Temple Christian Academy will head out to take on Horizon Science Academy at 6:00 p.m. on December 16th. As for Northwest Ohio Classical Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Monclova Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Monclova Christian Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Northwest Ohio Classical Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
