Franklin found a leader in Dylan Wood as the squad took down Elk Grove on Monday. Wood wasn't messing around, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 12 over six innings pitched. The pitching appearance was his sixth straight with seven or more strikeouts.
