Softball Recap: Cardinal Huskies vs. Leetonia Bears

Maggie Grant made a splash no matter where she played. She pitched five innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Grant has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in three consecutive pitching appearances. Grant was also big at the plate, getting on base in five of her six plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and a triple.
In other batting news, Olivia Krebs was incredible, scoring five runs and stealing three bases while getting on base in five of her six plate appearances. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played.
