Baseball Recap: Two Harbors Takes a Loss

Two Harbors fell victim to Esko and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Eskomos, falling 22-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Agates of the 12-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Two Harbors saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Garren Tikkanen, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases.

Two Harbors dropped their record down to 1-2 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Esko, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Coincidentally, Two Harbors and Esko will both be playing Moose Lake/Willow River the next time they take the field. The Eskomos will head out to face the Rebels at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Agates will play them later in the day, at 3:30 p.m.
