Basketball Recap: West Fargo Comes Up Short

West Fargo lost against Fargo Davies back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The West Fargo Packers were outmatched by the Fargo Davies Eagles and fell 72-42. While losing is never fun, the Packers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Dakota basketball rankings (they are ranked 106th, while the Eagles are ranked 15th).

West Fargo's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Fargo Davies, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-2.

West Fargo will be playing at home against Fargo South at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. West Fargo is facing Fargo South at the right time seeing as Fargo South is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for Fargo Davies, they are taking a road trip to square off against Horace at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Horace's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
