After losing to Odem the last time they met, George West decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The George West Longhorns blew past the Odem Owls 46-23 on Friday. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Longhorns just coasted through the last quarter.

George West wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 62-0 victory against Banquete on the 18th. Odem has also already played their next game, a 61-7 win against Monte Alto on the 18th.
