Gateway Charter has been struggling as of late, and they have yet to win a game this season. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Imagine School at North Port Sharks an easy 8-0 win. While losing is never fun, the Griffins can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 463rd, while the Sharks are ranked 214th).

Gateway Charter's loss dropped their record down to 0-6-2. As for Imagine School at North Port, they pushed their record up to 8-3 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.

As for Imagine School at North Port, they will head out on the road to square off against Hardee at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
