Basketball Recap: Hayesville Takes a Loss

Hayesville was the 58-53 winner over Murphy when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Hayesville Yellowjackets fell to the Murphy Bulldogs 59-54. The Yellowjackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hayesville now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Murphy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Hayesville nor Murphy have any future games scheduled.
