Softball Recap: Bangor Rams vs. Brewer Witches
Bangor faced Brewer in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Rams sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-6 win over the Witches. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Rams have posted against the Witches since June 2, 2021.
Emma Tripp spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and two unearned) runs on nine hits and racked up nine Ks.
