Soccer Recap: Manning Comes Up Short

Manning was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They lost 11-0 to the Georgetown Bulldogs. If Manning were looking for revenge after losing 8-1 to Georgetown when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Manning's record now sits at 0-13. As for Georgetown, the victory snapped their losing streak at nine games and leaves them with a 2-13 record.

Looking ahead, Manning will square off against Marion at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Georgetown, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Carolina Forest at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th.
