Volleyball Recap: Hubbard Greyhounds vs. Dyett Eagles
Hubbard can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Dyett Eagles by a score of 2-0.
Hubbard easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-18.
Yaretzi Bejar was the offensive standout of the contest as she had five aces, three digs, and a kill. Those five aces gave her a new career-high.
The victory got Hubbard back to even at 8-8. As for Dyett, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
Hubbard wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against King on the 10th. Dyett does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
