Volleyball Recap: Skyline - Gila River Takes a Loss

Skyline - Gila River was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against BASIS - Mesa, falling 3-0. Skyline - Gila River was not able to make up for their loss to BASIS - Mesa from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Skyline - Gila River's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for BASIS - Mesa, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Skyline - Gila River wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Arizona Cultural Academy on the 25th. As for BASIS - Mesa, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against BASIS - Prescott on the 25th.
