While White Pigeon's win against Lawrence wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Chiefs skirted past the Tigers 3-2. The victory continues a trend for the Chiefs in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won four in a row.

White Pigeon's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Bristol Ultz, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double. Devin Smith also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

White Pigeon's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Lawrence, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.
