Waipahu had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 41.5 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. Everything went their way against the Nanakuli Golden Hawks as they made off with a 66-43 win. The Marauders have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Golden Hawks, too.

Waipahu's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Nanakuli, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Waipahu is set to take on their familiar foe 'Aiea at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Nanakuli will face off against rival Kaiser at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
